The scale read a number that was 2.8 pounds less than the week before. But it wasn't good enough this time.
I had a goal to get under 250 pounds for the first time in what felt like a few years. It read 250.4. So even a 2.8 pound weight loss was a failure to me.
Not really. But I wasn't happy with just that. I had a great week of nutrition. I am running and exercising more than normal. I thought it was coming.
Guess I will have to wait until next week.
Today's 3-mile run was time in 27:23. On Friday, I ran the same distance in 27:49. Every time I get on the treadmill to do that 3-mile run, the time is faster than the previous one. Not sure how much faster I can go but I will continue to give my best effort.
And the music is helping me out every step of the way.
Here's 249.9 this week. It has to happen.
